Athletes' fitness preparation

I work on planning and developing athletes' fitness capabilities with an emphasis on long-term progress, health, and continuity of training.

The focus is on developing strength, speed, endurance and resilience, while taking into account the specific demands of the sport, the level of the athlete and the context of the competition.

Education and mentoring of coaches

I participate in the education of coaches through structured programs, mentoring and practical guidelines that help coaches to apply sports science principles in real work.

The emphasis is on understanding the process, making decisions in practice, and developing coaching autonomy, rather than blindly following a protocol.

Coaching for adults "Elite Dad"

Part of my work is focused on the application of fitness science in working with busy dads who want energy, strength and a sustainable training routine without chaos, diets and extreme approaches.

Elite Dad projects were created in response to the real life conditions in which most adults live and work.

How I Think About Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is not a collection of exercises, but a decision-making process over time and one of the prerequisites for high-level performance in sport.

I do not look for perfect conditions, but for solutions that can be implemented consistently over the long term.
I do not build systems that depend on motivation, but structures that continue to function even when motivation drops.

This approach is not for everyone, but it is essential for those who want stable progress without constantly returning to the starting point.
