Service Description

Three times a week, I hold 60-minute outdoor workouts that combine running or walking, depending on your pace and preferences, with strength, stability, and injury prevention exercises. The goal of this program is to get you moving naturally, enjoying the fresh air, and strengthening your body in a way that supports your health and longevity. These workouts are not meant to be a competition, but rather an opportunity to find your own pace, feel the power of togetherness, and develop habits that will bring you energy and well-being in the long run.
